meh, I haven't taken protein cause I never saw where it made a difference. When I started back in the gym I quickly got back to where I was before.

Vitamin D is the one thing I saw 100% difference when I took them in the winter versus not taking them.

Yes they do but there are factors to consider:

1) A lot of the cheap supplement companies are selling stepped on product
2) There is no one size fits all approach when it comes to biochemistry
3) You need to know what interacts with what and the optimal timing to take whatever to be most effective
4) Supplements can't undo a bad livit
Exactly and if what you're taking doesn't have third party certifications there's no way that you be certain that your suppz have even the stuff they say they're supposed to have in them. The Supplement market isn't regulated by the FDA like Drugs are.

I wouldn't take anything in the US that wasn't certified by the National Sanitation Foundation or the US Pharmacopia

Most flabbyhead Black People are vitamin D defecient. In fact that's a way that white supremacists diss Black People on the internet by saying Vitamin deficient people. You can negate this if you live in a sunny climate and spend a lot of time outdoors.

Fish oil helped with my cholesterol.
Maca Root + Tongkat Ali make my erections better.
The efficacy of creatine is well-known.

I can't speak to the rest.
Quality Creatine works, I gained about 10 pounds using it. I'm decycling from it right now, but I did notice a slight pump at the gym.

Look into K2 MK-7 to go along with the D3, the synergy increases tenfold and is far more beneficial when combined. You also need a far higher level than they currently recommend, especially if melanated.

Most people are so happy to outsource their health (see rush for injections) as opposed to taking preventative steps that ensure their inner terrain is naturally a repellent to pathogenic factors. They're the same kind that would look at a pool of dirty water and say "See, the mosquitos did that" whilst not realizing their ignorance...

Been taking D3 for years. Just now learning to combine it with K2.

I've read it helps with blood as well.

Lol, I started taking Maca because it's supposed to help with cholesterol and my last bloodwork came back a little iffy in that regard. But as a side effect, there are days when it sends my libido into overdrive. Thankfully, it's not everyday, because when it does it's worse than even on my worst days as a teenager. I'd have to stop taking it if that was a constant effect. It's really unpredictable though, so I'm still wondering what exactly is causing it :patrice:

Apart from that, in terms of gains it seems to work like steroids. I've put on a lot of muscle since I began taking it a couple of month ago.
