Yes they do but there are factors to consider:

1) A lot of the cheap supplement companies are selling stepped on product
2) There is no one size fits all approach when it comes to biochemistry
3) You need to know what interacts with what and the optimal timing to take whatever to be most effective
4) Supplements can't undo a bad livit

this really doesn't get enough attention. i remember a couple years back there was a crowdsourced study on whey protein purity and almost all brands were stepped on hard, i think it was the walmart house brand which didn't have ANY protein in it. :mjlol:

edit: this took much less time to find than i thought

Most definitely. I've had people come up to me saying "It did nothing, complete waste of time. I took em for a month, no change" and then you hand them the real deal and suddenly they're doing backflips and singing your praises as the shift is so dramatic.

Handled correctly you can literally turn someones world around by changing their food, supplements and a couple or three other lifestyle adjustments. Most important of all is breathing. I have literally never met anyone grown that knows how to breathe properly.

Really gotta do your research, zinc and vitamin D kept me safe during the pandemic. Been looking at some selenium recently.

You don't want to go overboard on dosage, 50mg of zinc is too much for adults on a daily basis. Some brands are better than others. I'm sure you already know, but certain supplements work well with certain foods.

Look into K2 MK-7 to go along with the D3, the synergy increases tenfold and is far more beneficial when combined. You also need a far higher level than they currently recommend, especially if melanated.

Most people are so happy to outsource their health (see rush for injections) as opposed to taking preventative steps that ensure their inner terrain is naturally a repellent to pathogenic factors. They're the same kind that would look at a pool of dirty water and say "See, the mosquitos did that" whilst not realizing their ignorance...

I feel Vitamin C supplements help keeps the Covid away. And I don't take it everyday. I've been exposed multiple times to COVID and still haven't caught it yet.

Man, I had to rep you on that. When I was a youngin all that holding my breath to lift heavy shyt adversely hurt me. Now I'm much older, I don't care about if I can bench 225 if I'm not breathing right and straining.
