There are certain times that a man is able to shed tears in front of his family (death, rape, trauma) but I think it’s best to do it in private or around someone else like family, mom, sister, friend. Kinda have to be the rock for the family.

Umm that’s not love. Loving someone is finding it impossible to hate them for long periods of time even after they continue to piss u off.

Loving someone is being empathetic to their problems and taking active steps to try to help them out.

Loving someone is keeping an eye on them just to watch their back even when they don’t appreciate it.

True love should only apply to ur blood relative. Or a significant other who has done something worthwhile/sacrificial for u. U can’t love someone from a distance. U can care. But love is caring, on a far more upgraded, sophisticated level.

I'm liking the answers that you guys are giving. Most of the answers are stating that love or romantic love is conditional which in a way i can see what your guys mean.

So lets spin it then. If most believe that Romantic love is conditional is it really love begin with? Is it just another longer version of Infatuation until somebody does something that makes that infatuations fade? Just trying to pick everybody's brains shyt is mad interesting.

According to the Biblical scriptures, woman are not called to love their men. Women are called to honor their men.
Only men are called to love their women. So when speaking about women, love shouldn't even be in the equation.

So to answer your question, if a man breaks down and cry, she is suppose to honor him, which means not making him feel less than a man.

Wrong, men hold up their mothers because they’re the only ones who will “love them unconditionally” despite how horrible of people they can be and then men bring those expectations into their relationships not realizing that women they date aren’t their damn mothers.
