If you move on and keep active i don't blame them. I've seen people waste their life, and effectively die from being miserable at the same job all their life. Either the will or the options were not there for them to do something different. Especially at a young age i encourage doing different jobs. As long as you don't quit as soon as it becomes any kind of uncomfortable. There has to be some balance there.

It all depends on the individual's situation, if you can afford to do it financially fukk it do it. However if you can't afford it then complain that you can't pay your rent or utilities that's problem.

Well I can't say that I blame him. shyt pay and you have to deal with some entitled customers.

Capitalism is by far the worst concept ever. A select few live overly comfortably and the rest get peanuts. The people have the power but are scared to use it. How in hell they got masses of people to fall for this bull shyt workplace is beyond me

Loyalty to a job :heh: especially one that pays you a shyt wage:russ:

I've heard about someone getting shown the door because a "senior coworker" didn't like the way they said something to them. It's crazy that she even brags about it, "like yeah I did that shyt and what "

:birdman:

Whole time I'm thinking, you're not even a supervisor but you were able to get a young person fired just because... That's crazy
:what:

social media selling dreams of endless happiness over delayed gratification

Problem is, a lot of people work hard for 20+ years and not get anything worthwhile. Gen X and even Gen Y going through it made Gen Z legit madmen and ghosting jobs without a second thought.

Lack of transparency and the breakdown of trust made this happen.

Obviously that's an issue also but if you aren't even being responsible enough to maintain a job I don't want to hear that shyt.

I think part of the problem that’s not getting spoken about is, when kids turn 18 they go into the world with nothing. If you throw your kid out there with nothing they competing with adults who be in the rat race. So they playing catch up trying to maintain a lifestyle and pay bills with limited skill and experience. So a kid will do better when they enter the world with money. This entire society is built on commerce so set your kids up before you send them in the world. Make sure they got a plan instead of working some job.
