Yep. Employers are having to really change their company culture due to the pandemic "awakening" and because of gen z doing well at creating their own streams of income and using jobs as the side hustle. 3 out 5 of my neices and nephews have found away to use their interest to make money online and work jobs to get extra money. The other two are in trade programs.

I was at Whole Paycheck the other day and the lady ringing me up started complaining about gen Z out of nowhere. She was like, I really manage something else, but gotta work the register cause they had 4 people quit..in one day 
Then an older white guy chimed in like yeah, they have no loyalty. Then started talking about, “back in my day…” but at the end he said, shyt changed and these jobs ain’t shyt so fukk these jobs
