Also one thing that I hope meditating will help me with his my dependency if my phone/musi/Internet. Cause I just can't seem to get away from it no matter how hard I try.
Just close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing.

There's no one way to do it. Just know that meditating doesn't FIX anything. It won't fix your problems, they'll still be there when you're done but it may help you come to terms with the fact that the past is the past and its nothing you can do about it and the future aint guaranteed so all you have is the present.

shyt I meditated twice today AND ran a mile and i still had a down moment about an hour ago. :to:

Do y'all ever have it happen where it feels like your body is leaning over?

I can't explain it, but it feels like my brain is turning over in my head, but I'm not getting dizzy or anything. Only way I can describe it is it feels like the lean on the downward descent on a roller coaster.

Then afterwards when it stops and I "snap out of it" I feel :blessed:
and the stuff that's bothering me is outside the gate, so to speak, of my mind.

I don't know why I dont do it more b/c it really helps. I did it Friday for the first time in like 3 weeks. SMH
