At least JJ set Finn up to POSSIBLY be a Jedi and have some type of strategic mind. Even had him use the light saber. What Rian Johnson did to Finn was straight up despicable.

That was arguably the worst part of one of the worst films I’ve ever seen. Took the clear protagonist from the previous film and turned into a bumbling sidekick at best and from a clear character arc to being so useless that the film wouldn’t change in any way at all if he was cut from it entirely

This trilogy has been straight up underwhelming and poorly executed, the potential was off the charts (particularly with Finn) but they've pissed it all away.

I'm a huge Star Wars fan and I can't ride with this shyt.

Star wars not only defined my entire childhood George Lucas was a huge inspiration for me when it came to imagination and creativity because star wars was a gift from a higher power when it was in its prime

And the thing is....The Star Wars films still hasn't reached it's potential with a certain demographic. It is basically leaving more money on the table and they don't even realize it. I stumbled on Star Wars because my uncle put me on, but he was around when it first came out. In the 70's it was a phenomenon because it's film and technological advances, so everybody had to go see that shyt no matter the race. There is still a good number of black people who don't fw Star Wars and Finn was/ is a chance to bring them in.

There's nothing exaggerated about how much they fukked this up. TFA wasn't "awful" but JJ played it way too safe and that's an issue because now you are setting up the next director to take the lead on all the heavy lifting and RJ wasn't the guy..

TFA was a bad start and TLJ finished it off.. it didn't make anywhere near the amount of money TFA made. Then Solo outright bombed. And part of that is because it was a statement from Star Wars fans that they don't give a fukk about what Disney is doing with this series.

I don't know how he fixes Episode IX.

Kathleen Kennedy is a great producer but as the head of Lucas Film she's terrible.

Don't forget that JJ wrote The Force Awaken. Movie was okay until Kylo Ren took off the mask and Rey became a Jedi Master in a matter of seconds to fulfill KK feminists political agenda.

And let's not forget that JJ went on record and defended The Last Jedi and claim it was a great movie and that only sexist bigots disliked the movie.

I swear after watching TLJ, I thought JJ would be pissed because of how many story arcs and plot points he setup for the sequel for Rian Johnson to just disregard and destroyed.

I seriously can't f'd with anyone that even have the slightest good opinion on the TLJ. That's how bad that movie was to me.
