The shyt is just a suspension of processed toxic goo that has no nutritional value, lowers your metabolism and leads to obesity, lower bone density, and tooth decay. That goes for all processed sugary drinks

There's no reason to drink them. Water, tea, and the occasional juice.

I drink Dr. Pepper and Ginger Ale.


Dr. Pepper usually for the sugar to keep me awake.

Ginger Ale if I have head aches or the occasional mixed drink.

Tea and Juices are generally bad for you as well.


I drink water most of the time when I'm thirsty. I like tea but I'm usally too tired or busy to make it.

I been off of Soda for about 3-4 years, I drink it occasionally at a restaurant or if I'm flying somewhere.

In total I might drink coke 7 days out of the year LOL

nah, I quit like 10 years ago. I'm not a nazi about it though. if I'm somewhere, and that's what they got to drink, I'll drink it. after not drinking coke for awhile, that shyt tastes like carbonated battery acid

I hate when I go to a restaurant, ask for "just water", and they act like I'm being cheap or some shyt
