As a Canadian, i think it's a complicated question but overall it probably is.

My logic is, even if you think other countries are better, chances are whatever country you would pick depends directly or indirectly on the USA for it's short term security and prosperity. Now you could argue that longterm the USA is making the world less safe overall but that would be a complex convo which I'm probably not knowledgeable enough to have...

I was in Ghana years ago, and I have to disagree. The poverty was more extensive than it is in America. I was also there during election season and lets just say their democracy was waaay more fragile than ours. There were regular rolling blackouts and poor internet among other things.

I'm glad I went and some of the women were beautiful, but was glad to get back to the states.

That said, I've never been to South Africa or Canada.

People saying no just being contrarian. Go to the Middle East and get your head lopped off for minor shyt. Go chill in the slums in Brazil or sell banana chips in some Asian country barely making it. Or go be oppressed religiously in some other country. Or if you’re a fruit boot you’re getting bodied just for that.

America has its issues but you can do whatever the fukk you want. Got cities like LA, NY, CHI, Miami to have a good time. Go live out in the country for peace and quiet. Can work any job you want. Can smash 10 chicks in one day.

There are very few countries in the world where you can come from a shyt family and make 150K a year. America is that country. You see all these Latinos with bread from mowing lawns and selling tacos. White from shyt families with their 100K dualies. Indians, Africans, and Asians come here to make bread.

My Dad moved here from Belize in the 80’s. He is retired now, pulling 6k a month for doing nothing for the rest of his life. He literally is doing better than 90% of the world population. He got his degree later in life just as an accomplishment for me and my brother.

I make 140K+ with no degree. Name one country where that is possible. Money doesn’t buy happiness but you stave off cost of living.

I got offered a job in Germany making 80K and paying German taxes. Dude said I would be top 15% and most Germans would kill to be in my position. Tax rate was 35-40%. I said no thanks.

This is the best country to get bread. Not the greatest, but upward mobility is top 5.

Aside of the UK and maybe canada there is no where else that the average black person still has a chance to climb up in society and get into the middle class and have serious success. As someone who have been to this european countries and lived there for some time, they are racists to the core and hate black people, try living in spain as a black person and see the vitriol and hate you are shown on a daily basis, its nothing compared to even living in the worst redneck us state.
There is a reason millions of people every year try to come into the US and not these other european countries.

Kinda my thoughts. A lot of patriots try to shove "America is great Blacks should be thankful and shut up" in our face but the fact that we built a large and (relatively) successful Black community despite the evils thrown at us and obtained equal rights basically has helped hold up America's image to the world.

When we rise, it directly helps America's image and stability. If we fall, American greatness isn't far behind.

If we ever get shafted so bad we are better off elsewhere the image will take a hit big time.

Now it seems certain actors seem excited to destroy this so maybe the answer will change in a couple decades.
