I remember the first time I heard it... a couple of friends of mine were hanging by my car with the radio on at 2 am smoking

The DJ goes new Freeway & Jay-Z...the beats drops and we all got the face, that shyt was knocking...Then "let me get em Free" we all . Then the DJ cut the record off and said "I cant give u that Jay-Z verse yet .


I didn't hear the full song for like 2 weeks...still a beast when it drops especially unexpectedly.

2003 prime Jay-z with the flow and lyrics. Song was just classic. I bet any fan of the genre nodded their head in unison with that classic Just Blaze beat. Freeway killed it and Beans finished it off properly.

But that icing on the cake was the classic raw video. The whole crew in the video. They even had the cast from The Wire with the cameo.
