Personally I thought Jungle Fever got it by a nose. BUT if I was going to give it a spot. REALISTICALLY speaking it's probably in the top 100 films ever made.

i have the universal 100th anniversary blu ray version. it is one of the best movies i have ever seen. thankfully i am just barely old enough to have seen it in its time and that epic public enemy video for it.

Never seen it. I mentioned before there are bunch of 90's & late 80's black movies I need to see. This is 1 of them.

Get on that ASAP! Classic film that touched on issues that still go on today!

Even though this movie is one of the greatest ever made, it STILL went over peoples' heads back then and now...its one of those films that has so many themes and subtext that it can be viewed 100 years from now and still be relevant...it has aged better than any other movie imo
