Instead of saying 10K they need to say miles so Americans can grasp what these guys are doing. Rupp yesterday ran 6.2 miles in 27 minutes. Do the math. To get a Silver in what is considered the GREATEST COMPETITION EVER ASSEMBLED IN THE DISTANCE IS INCREDIBLE.

The only thing that the Olympics prove is that with dedication,hard-work,and training....you can possibly do anything. Now if we were to have these match ups between your average joes who don't train year round for these games then it will be more lopsided and farther prove race is a factor.

Everyday life and experiences are better to measure the is race a factor debate than a 4 year training and then competition that we call Olympics . Blacks are by far the superior athlete.

Whites and Asian mostly dominate sports that require more technique than athletic skill. Rowing, ping pong, gymnastics, ect... are all examples of this because with a lot of practice and dedication most average joes can accomplish these same feats.

Black however dominate sports that lean toward natural ability than techniques. !00m sprint for example....Say you run a 12 sec 100m sprint. All the training,hard-working, and techniques in the world couldn't help you improve your time to get a 10 sec 100m. Because it has more to do with your natural born ability

10,000 meters is an athletic event. It has more to do with endurance and training than athletic ability
