Until atheists build a community worthy of respect you can't expect people to dump their beliefs. Especially in the black community where religion has been an integral part in our history. Grown people talking bout ''I love God'', what is it exactly that you love? I thought love was earned not something you have to force yourself to do just coz your scared of going to hell. These people have really over convinced themselves that they love this authoritarian being on a power trip who at the core of it all is saying ''Worship me or burn for all eternity, even though i created you and designed you to love all the things i don't want you to do''. That's not true. Our ways are not the Most High's ways, but no one is saved by faith alone. The Bible makes perfect sense if the Most High is dealing with you.

I feel you fam. I was brought up in a religious household, and it was a weird experience for me everytime I went to church. I'd be in sunday school mad young askin questions, and always having the face in church. Sunday school teachers tellin some ole unbelievable tales, and I'm the only one in here with questions? Like how can yall just believe this handbook called the Bible word for word? I can't take organized religion seriously, but I do believe in a Higher power. People are born on this planet, and forced to pick a home team and run with em without question, that just seems oppressive. Religion has cause more pain in the world than anything else.
