Nope. Puerto Ricans tend to see Mexicans as inferior by and large in my experience.

In NY: Blacks and Puerto Ricans have a fake brotherhood thing going on.

In Philly: Less brotherhood and more tolerant mistrust. Blacks tend to bully Puerto Ricans in Philly.

In Florida: Island born Puerto Ricans strongly dislike all blacks. Especially Haitians. Puerto Ricans
from NY come to FL and front like they aren't from the hood. They try to be like the Island Puerto Ricans who upon them with scorn.
