Do I have studies to pull up for you? Nah, I don't. :ehh: shyt doesn't even make sense because workout time is not a useful metric of workout success. Thirty minutes of iso work doing one exercise at a time =/= 30 minutes of iso super/giant sets. Is that 30 minutes of max effort iso work or 30% of my 1RM max?

Tbf I also don't know anybody that goes to the gym and only hits only one muscle group (does all isolation work only).
You couldn't even have a "chest day" and not hit delts and tris if you did any type of bench press. :comeon:

I guarantee you there are natty folks that lift weights for more than an hour and they don't magically drop dead after minute 61.

As with all things fitness-related, doe what you will and believe what you want. If your fitness goals are being reached, what I say or what some "study" says shouldn't really matter. :manny:
The less time you spend in the gym, the more room you're making for the rest of us. :salute:

You count time spent in sets, not just sitting around or w/e. And when I'm speaking of time, I'm talking about repair, not people magically dropping dead or some shyt, I want a study tracking time spent in isolation with muscle growth over time, you should get an idea of what presents diminishing returns. So you have different groups, all on the same schedule, same diet, no gear obviously, and you get an idea of what is optimal. I'm saying, spending time in the gym beyond 45-60 at the high end is too much for the average natty lifter. I don't believe they are doing what is necessary in the recovery process to makeup for the excess time spent in isolation, and the idea of going beyond that is just broscience passed down from people on gear. And when I say isolation, I'm talking the 5 day split and what that entails, so no hyper focusing on one thing.

I just think the info out right now is to be disregarded if it isn't backed by science because you have too many people on gear misleading natty lifters into a lifestyle they can't afford.

I'm convinced a large portion of the forum doesn't talk to women at all in real life, and also doesn't have male friends. If you know a gym person, male or female, they spend a lot of time at the gym but that's not their personality. There are up-tight a$$holes who go to the gym. There are calm, relaxed people who go to the gym. Loud and friendly types etc etc. Going to the gym isn't a personality trait.

Fun thing about gym chicks IMO is they love going out to eat so lunch/dinner dates are always welcome. And they fukk like maniacs. Like they will literally fukk you back (pause) and try to make you bust. If you're able to keep up with them and don't have issues finishing early you will EAT. I'm talking about...getting a call at midnight that she's leaving the gym and wants to shower and fukk at your place.
:blessed:

You right. Ive said it before here but constantly working out makes you horny as HELL thats why they fukk like crazy.

Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
@Son Goku these brehs don't understand that the gym and fitness is a lifestyle. I literally do the exact same shyt and only difference is I'm an adult male that doesn't care about social media. Prep meals, calculate macros, drink a gallon of water, sleep 8 hours, hit the gym for 2 hours...
I’m still trying to understand the macros stuff I just eat healthy and workout.

My rules
- little to no added sugar items
- low sodium
- no u healthy fats
