IG helped women get into the gym even more tbh lol
This is BIG facts. Even 10 years ago most girls did not even come near the weights in a gym. They were scared they would get big like a man and didnt want to push thru the pain. Back then only very serious women who were in some type of performance went lifted weights seriously. They usually stuck to cardio and the machines.. Im sure it was intimidating also because thats where the men would be pushing weights..

Like traveling and eating out, IG gave that outlet and helped expose them to women who lifted and showed the actual workouts, when they see the results wasnt some chick built like the rock but actually looked good they started slowly but surely making it over with their workouts in hand. Now the women dam near done took over the squat rack, lol.. They getting it in heavy, its dope to see..

I'm convinced a large portion of the forum doesn't talk to women at all in real life, and also doesn't have male friends. If you know a gym person, male or female, they spend a lot of time at the gym but that's not their personality. There are up-tight a$$holes who go to the gym. There are calm, relaxed people who go to the gym. Loud and friendly types etc etc. Going to the gym isn't a personality trait.

Fun thing about gym chicks IMO is they love going out to eat so lunch/dinner dates are always welcome. And they fukk like maniacs. Like they will literally fukk you back (pause) and try to make you bust. If you're able to keep up with them and don't have issues finishing early you will EAT. I'm talking about...getting a call at midnight that she's leaving the gym and wants to shower and fukk at your place.
:blessed:
Never fukked with a gym chick, but this might be the motivation I need to become a gym rat

Cause women are more about appearances, and being fit is basically the pinnacle of that and quite frankly a woman with a nice toned body can basically do what they want with most men so if it ain’t broke why fix it? I feel you tho op, they do carry themselves kind of arrogantly releasing that extra testosterone in themselves but always remember this.

Women can’t dunk unless they like 6’5 soooooo……. That’s something :hubie:

Do you have studies suggesting greater than 30 minutes for isolation? Because I don't remember seeing a studies suggesting 1 hour or greater for isolation was good, I swear that idea comes from bodybuilding magazines, the greats were working out all day, but they were all on gear. Of the IFBB pros I know, they workout 45-60+, but they are on gear.

Do I have studies to pull up for you? Nah, I don't. :ehh: shyt doesn't even make sense because workout time is not a useful metric of workout success. Thirty minutes of iso work doing one exercise at a time =/= 30 minutes of iso super/giant sets. Is that 30 minutes of max effort iso work or 30% of my 1RM max?

Tbf I also don't know anybody that goes to the gym and only hits only one muscle group (does all isolation work only).
You couldn't even have a "chest day" and not hit delts and tris if you did any type of bench press. :comeon:

I guarantee you there are natty folks that lift weights for more than an hour and they don't magically drop dead after minute 61.

As with all things fitness-related, doe what you will and believe what you want. If your fitness goals are being reached, what I say or what some "study" says shouldn't really matter. :manny:
The less time you spend in the gym, the more room you're making for the rest of us. :salute:
