Coli brehs I am in dilemma

My gym membership is 32/per month which includes weights and cardio (no classes)

For another 14 dollars (46 per month) it includes yoga classes, spinning, Hot Barre and some other classes.

So should I go for it or is classes some female activity?:lupe:

I take classes and there are a lot of females in them. The reason you don't see men though is because some of them classes are hard and it hurts most mens ego to get out done by women.. Yoga is harder then anything I do.

Thanks breh, what do you think about my membership woes? I am trying to get the most out of my membership. I do want to try the classes, if I get bored with just doing cardio and weights

I mostly only do classes now. I'm not trying to get big and brolic so i dont use a lot of weight. I get a good solid work out in an hour. Most classes are good cardio, core work, and calisthenics. I like to think I'm in great shape and I owe a big part of that to the classes I take.

I do spin class once a week and it's definitely a great switch up as oppose to running for my cardio. And the some of bytches in there be fine as fukk with nice ass legs :ohlawd: I ended up smashing this one bytch I met in spin class who was bad as fukk.

:stopitslime:

But besides that dumbass statement.

I've thought about Yoga or Pilates for flexibility, but ultimately that time is better spent working on dynamic movement and balance. Finding a good movement and conditioning coach is a much better look in my opinion.

Implementing battle ropes, resistance training, bosu, jump rope, and dynamic stretches into your workout routine will do wonders for your movement, balance, and physique.

Sign up for an MMA or boxing class. All else fails, look on the internet and utilize the equipment in your gym.

Jump rope, bosu, and battle rope exercises are all over YouTube. Check out the physiques of the folks using battle ropes :myman:then check out the physiques of the people in those gym classes you're thinking about taking :whoa:.

Yep.
