I would argue that the Eastern European look of blonde hair is more of an epidemic, I mean its been like that for ages. First it was AA's straightening their hair, now its more about having the french fry look for men, and dying your entire mane blonde for women.

A person hair texture does not change because they'd get a haircut. And it's many diffrent hair cuts we get as black me. Most of us have had light ceasers to fades to fros to dreds.
