Black folks? No way. We talk too much. A lot of us are not sophisticated enough to have layered personalities that understand subtlety and the art of the unsaid. Everything HAS to be explained and in the clear. Everything has to he questioned otherwise it's evil.

The participants in the only black American movement(s) that resulted in beneficial change that was tangible, and new public policy that was effective, made their agenda and grievances with white America known to the entire world….

Use your words. Why do you disagree?
He doesn’t have any words rooted in logic and informed study, just emotional bytchspeak. So there’s no need wasting time with anything he may have to say.

The sad reality is everything that the poster he quoted wrote is correct, and we see it happening right in front of our eyes daily. But as long as we’re relatively comfortable at our jobs and can go to the polls every 2 and 4 years and act like we’re really fighting for something we’re satisfied.

The answer to the OP’s question is there is no plan except to vote overwhelmingly democrat, sit aside helplessly when they win and ignore us, and cower in the corner and blame other Blacks when they lose. That, and alotta hoping. Mainly hoping things don’t ever get to a boiling point in this country where our very survival is at stake.

As a bw, this is disconcerting.

Yall have no idea how much of the wenching epidemic is undergirded by our community's lack of a plan. I've literally watched women I e-knew be radicalized. The same way nikkas trynna be expats and just flee this America shyt is the same way these wenches trynna flee. It's sad. It was purposefully orchestrated and it worked. :francis:

(Ftr, I dont think bm are leading our voting habits. I think that, in the absence of their leadership, bw are choosing what seems right. The bm in my life all lean conservative, the traditional old school bm version.)

Na
Negros like to say “well, the dems ain’t doing nothing for me!”
But they never support the black politicians that DO line with their interests, or just don’t know anyone in their state & municipality. It’s flat out ignorance. Black people in Louisiana failed Gary Chambers. Failed Marcel Dixon in South Carolina. Good, bad, right, or wrong, failed Andrew Gillum in Florida. The racist ass “war on woke” would had not existed there under Gillum.

Collectively, we are too lazy and disengaged when it comes to politics, it’s not all about the fukking president. And that applies to all Americans, not just black people. But it hurts us even more when we sabotage ourselves by remaining dormant and allowing c00ns and ws in office to dictate where your money is going, and what your children is learning in schools and uniuniversities
Marcel was deeply unserious lol

I really wish TheColi could have a Smart Dumb nikka section for all these divisive ass political threads.

It’s just a whole bunch of posters who want to be right but have absolutely no idea what they’re talking about. Somebody comes in with facts and they act just like Donald Trump. Deflect, deflect and use buzzwords and call people names.

Just shows the level of intelligence here is very low.

If you had any clue you’d probably be somewhere other than a hip-hop message board talking about politics. :mjlol:

Propaganda has turned some of you to straight puppets and you should think about reevaluating your life. Quit letting YouTubers and memes on the internet decide your world views. Go outside. It’s loser shyt.

We’re a doomed ethnic group in this country I’ve come to peace with this though that doesn’t mean I won’t stop fighting but we have very little capital and all our political power is concentrated on being a wing of the Democratic Party never demanding anything for ourselves but laying down for everyone else.

Our population is shrinking and we abort babies at super high rates and the babies that are born are usually born into dysfunctional single parent homes with poverty.

As thing stand our ethnic group is pretty much finished eventually the Asians will pass us in population and then Black Americans will be ethnically erased when Africans start making up a large number of the Black population in the US, shyts it’s already happening now.

It’s unfortunate but i don’t see much of a way out of this right now but maybe Black Americans in the future will find a way.

Our population is shrinking due to the economic pressures on millennials. Abortion actually plays a very small part. We were at replacement fertility until the 2008 crisis.

The reason it seems hopeless is that class does not ameliorate race for Black people. The Black poor are in dire straits but have you seen the White or even Asian poor stats? Their mobility sucks too but their middle and upper classes can separate themselves. We as Black folks are tied together across class lines.

A lot of people want to throw their hands up bc of 'nikkas' not realizing basic stuff to help each other as a community is required.

Look at that thread where the bw asked for mentors for young Black boys. The number of people saying 'he'll no, call their dads' is emblematic of our issues. People demand change but don't want it ro be their responsibility.

Mentors are fine but it all starts at home you can not have the single parent crisis we have (even if the father is active in the child’s life) it does not have the same benefit that a 2 parent 2 income household has on child development.

On top of that we have whole black subcultures in certain cities with large black populations that are based on gang violence and violence in general how do you get large group of people to divorce themselves from that?

The culture and subsequent subcultures the Baby Mama culture all that has to stop and be fixed before we can do anything because we don’t have the proper structure to build on, mentors can only do so much.

Ok, fair. The current family structure is broke.

But who is going to guide the kids from today's single mother homes to get married and form stable families in the future? They aren't going to get their by their home life's example. Either the government or us.

Same with gangs. Gangs thrive in a vacuum of family and social structure for boys. Who is going to provide this besides the military?

It will take a generation to fix but the Gen Alpha need guidance now. Mentoring and community cohesion are not a quick fix but the only long term solution.

Economic development is key too but it is going to be hard not just due to our position but where America is headed.

Better to support the lesser of two evils than to let the greater evil have more control.

This is the reality of a two party system. You should prolly raise your kids to be successful and seek positions of power so we can take direct action on policy. Only one political group will give us a chance to actually do that though.

I think it might take 2 or 3 generations to fix but ultimately most Americans have an individualist mindset which is beneficial for people who are able to set class dividers like whites and Asians not so easy for black people.

Mentorship is good but it can’t lead us to where we want to be the best thing to do is to start programming gen alpha to value things like 2 parent homes and speaking out on violence that goes on among certain black subcultures hopefully this can snowball into reversing the trends that have been going for the last 60 years.

With economics Black people need to find an industry that not only do we dominate but we’re also the bosses this will help us rely less on the government and help us gain back some political capital as most upper middle class black people are only able to do so by working for the government.

This would also help with hiring as many affirmative action rights get rolled back we can start by hiring each other instead Of relying on whites or Asians to hire us in there industry’s.

Also would keep money in black hands longer.
