Traffic going up 295 has been extra backed up lately in general so I use 395 more often than not... but on some days, this will be the reason a nikka is late somewhere

I forgot to mention that whole area is nothing but a tourist trap dropped in the middle of nowhere convenient to nothing, out of towners are going to be so disappointed when they ask the concierge for things to do while in DC
