I’m having this debate with a nikka on whether or not chicago or dmv has better basketball talent

He’s tryna to claim Baltimore and Newport News are part of the dmv in order to claim iverson and carmelo

Nah. My friends from 757 will 1000% not claim DMV. 757 stands on its own. I'd assume the same goes for Baltimore.

I feel like DMV is mainly a thing for VA and MD areas that surround DC

i loved it, i was in arlington which was eh but went into DC every day and i loved the city

When I think DMV, I think Montgomery County, Prince George's County, maybe Charles and Howard County, Washington DC, Fairfax County, Arlington, Loudon County, Prince William County and maybe King George County, but I'm from NY so.

The home of Bubbachuk and the Vick bros is too far from the beltway to be considered the DMV.

Folks here don't even want to consider Baltimore as part of the DMV which is stupid AF imo opinion because Baltimore is right on I-95 but I'm not a DMV native.

Baltimore is  NOT part of the DMV. The dmv is DC, and it's MD and VA suburbs.
