I’m sorry, this is BS. This “abominable treatment” isn’t exclusive to one party. It’s CACs all across the board.
The fact that we disproportionately make up the lower/poorer class should show us that these CACs are on the same page, it’s just that one does it in an insidious manner while the other is upfront.
Neither party has our best interest at heart but the goal for both of them is keep us as a permanent underclass, not empowerment.
If we collectively voted as a block as opposed to voting for the “lesser evil” every time, we wouldn’t get constantly lumped in with these other leeches, riding the coattails of our civil rights.
Read my post again. Did I attribute the abominable treatment to one party or to AMERICA?
Yes we disproportionately make up the poorer class because of what AMERICA has done.
Neither party is 10 toes down for us but it is obvious that one party cares more for the lower class than the other. NOT ENOUGH, but more than the other. Which one gave poor people Obamacare? Which one tried dozens of times to take it away? The fact is Obamacare reduced the amount of blacks without healthcare by 10%. Not enough, but something. Republicans tried to take that away and did not have an alternative plan.
Now your last paragraph I agree with. In fact, I think we should consider abandoning voting altogether in 2028. Lets tell Democrats now if you don't start fighting for reparations and other things sought by our community, we'll stay home. I'm tired of the government spitting in our faces. America has fought
HARD for reparations for the Jews, but when it comes to us, nothing. Fun fact - they even went after France in 2014 for reparations for the Jews, despite the fact that France was on the side of the Allies in WWII. Something about a train in France that was used to transport Jews to concentration camps. I would have thought that was forced by the Nazis, but hey. Ended up getting $60+ million from them.
So again,
neither party is fighting for blacks specifically, but at least the Dems fight more for the poor, which happens to disproportionately include us.
