I was thinking something like this. Like maybe the product you buy has to cost more than what the album willIt depends on if your numbers are correct or not and if you follow the rules. You can’t sell 1 buck drinks and give out download links. It’s got to cost around 4-5 bucks for it to count. And board is even more strict than riaa.
Khaled most likely broke both those rules. We need receipts for those 100k purchases of his energy drink flavor.
Basically Billboard are saying that he tried to finesse them with fugazi numbers. Would be ironic if they countersue for fraud
Do humanity a favor and commit that you trump lovin d cup havin greasy ass no p*ssy gettin virgin ass ball park beef franks on the back of ya neck havin assBillboard and the coli need to be consistent and fair in terms of what is counted towards the sales.
Also both sold more than Pusha T.

That's not his point.Khaled coming across like a salty fakkit. Nobody cared that he came in number 2 but with all his bytchassness he's made it a thing.
Let it go, you made a compilation and people didn't feel it like you thought.
Nicki went after Travis, Kylie and her brand so bad that Charlemagne cornball ass gave her donkey of the day.
I mean if they are counting Tyler's bundle sales and not his then he has a real case. Im not seeing anything he's doing wrong. Am i bugging?
The devil is in the details. Tyler's album bundles are actual merch related to his album (shirts, hoodies, etc). DJ Khaled went to some 3rd party MLM company that recruits people in that pyramid scheme bullshyt to "sell" some energy drink no one has ever heard of. That company is running some promotion that for every pack of drinks their member sell comes with a free Khaled album download. The problem is they're a scam MLM company that recruits people to recruit people to recruit people who are forced to "buy" the drinks. There's no way to verify how many are actually sold.So merch and clothes are fine but energy drinks aren't? Weird stipulation from Billboard I can kinda see why Khaled mad.
Having said that, the album would have moved more units if it was better so
