If she shot herself then she'd have gunshot residue on her hands or prints on the gun. Only Kelsey and Tory had DNA on that gun. It was Tory's gun in the first place so how did it even come into play unless he pulled it out?


I have two theories.

First is that Kelsey tried taking the gun from Tory because she was getting her ass whooped and it went off. Second is that Tory drunkenly fired the gun at the ground to break up the fight and grazed Megan's foot.


Megan told the police that her back was turned so she didn't see who shot the gun, Tory also said on daystar that she had her back turned and implied that she doesn't understand what actually happened.

No chatty patty, this is basically trying to summarize that video and what Ak was told happened (apparently by Kylie's assistant).

Backstory/setup:
Megan's friend Kelsey likes Tory but Megan been sleeping with Tory and Da Baby for months though.
Kylie and Tory start flirting at the party. Megan a little drunk starts talking about her and Tory's fling in front of everyone.
Kelsey hears it and because she likes Tory starts arguing with Megan.
They all get asked by security to leave.

What happens during car ride:
Megan and Kelsey start physically fighting in the car. Car pulls over they all get out.
Megan fighting Tory and Kelsey out the car - mentioned in the police report.
Megan kicks Kelsey sends her flying and at this point Megan is shot/shot at (didn't say who pulled trigger).

It sounds like Ak thinks Tory is in trouble because gun residue was on both Kelsey and Tory and it sounds like the police basically told Kelsey:
"If you didn't shoot her then you better come clean because there's gun residue on you both so it's going to be either you or Tory."

Kelsey is the big key witness for the prosecution.
Ak thinks what happened was Megan wiped up Kelsey, Kelsey reached for gun because it was sitting around, Tory tries to stop it and the gun went off.
Ak said Tory hasn't told him what really happened but that's his best guess.
Kelsey denied Megan and her were fighting over the gun.

My own take:
There was a video on ig live by Megan of both her and Kelsey in a car the next day not saying anything to each other. If Kelsey really tried to shoot her they def. wouldn't be in the car together so soon.

I think the angle where Tory used the gun to break up the fight is the best guess and the closest to the truth.
Sometimes cats are simply unaware of what they're doing with something they're holding and why guns, inexperience with firearms and alcohol are a real bad combination.

I think it's a clusterfukk because they all trying to cover for each other knowing it was an accident.
I don't think Megan said anything about it until Tory denied it happening altogether and at that point it got real messy.
They were probably expecting Tory to come clean but he doesn't want to because of the consequences to image, legally, etc. and here we are.
