My own input: there was a video on ig live by Megan of both her and Kelsey in a car the next day not saying anything to each other. If Kelsey really tried to shoot her they def. wouldn't be in the car together so soon.

If they actually got in a fight in which one of them was getting their ass kicked, they probably wouldn't be just sitting quiet in a car together the following day. Why would they be riding together in the first place?

I also wouldn't be surprised that, if they die fight, that Megan was getting sauced and reached and accidentally shot herself. A drunk person would also be uncoordinated, so it makes sense.

I have two theories.

First is that Kelsey tried taking the gun from Tory because she was getting her ass whooped and it went off. Second is that Tory drunkenly fired the gun at the ground to break up the fight and grazed Megan's foot.


Megan told the police that her back was turned so she didn't see who shot the gun, Tory also said on daystar that she had her back turned and implied that she doesn't understand what actually happened.

Don't know if Ak was joking but it also makes sense with the "donkey kick" angle and her back being turned.

Additionally, Kelsey has said straight up quite a few times she didn't shoot Meg or have the gun in her hands.
