you do know.. cause he DOESNT make his teammates better. once i figured this out, i got off the MELO Bus. even though i'm a laker fan. MELO was my boy since Syracuse. He passed more often(not even counting assists, just how he played) in syracuse to win that title then he does in the nba. i think because he blew up so fast based on his ability to score on any and everyone. it stunted his growth to do anything else but score. LIKE: play defense or Pass the ball and setup his teammates on a consistent basis.

unless you're going to score 62 in 3 qtrs or 81 points in a game. you cant beat anyone by just scoring all by your lonesome. so you need to really learn how to run the offense and set guys up after the doubles start coming your way.

Melo is a great ball player without a doubt, one of my favorites...not too convinced he can lead a team to a championship though...he focuses too much on one side of the ball.
