It's best to use a shampoo that doesn't contain sulphate because that strips off all the moisture. The Aloe Verta shampoo is a good one. Ermm are we talking normal conditioner or a leave-in conditioner? I highly recommend using a leave-in because that just keeps your hair shiny + soft all day long

The Aussie Moist smells like green Jolly Ranchers haha...
I can't really compare HE and JF. I've only tried 1 John Frieda conditioner on 2 or 3 different occasions and I do like it....but the herbal essence is cheaper.
