what a deal. disney putting their foot on necks with this.

Where have I heard this before?:lolbron:

Yea this is surprisingly a pretty decent deal. If I wasn’t getting Hulu for free via Sprint I’d probably jump on it. Sounds like Disney see it’s more beneficial for cats to branch off their other services with this deal as some of us may not want ESPN but this makes you think twice.

For years people been calling Netflix selection trash and even been calling their movies garbage movies or when it’s announced that someone making a Netflix movie cats look at it sideways.

Me personally, I’m probably gonna just get the Plus by itself but at worst I may consider dropping down the lowest Netflix plan

It might be over. This is ridiculous at this price point.

SOON as i saw that price I was like “the game will NEVER be the same”

Seriously that pricing could seriously be a Netflix killer. Only reason i still even fukk with Netflix is beacause they have better black content while Hulu’s black content sucks

Not giving up Netflix personally

I can get any content I need from disney/hulu by alternative methods

All of them star wars marvel shyt they announced look like they will be pretty pedestrian

Though I admit this is still a good deal. If it's ad-free Hulu then it's a no brainer to sign up for this since ad-free Hulu is $12 a month.

Since Disney will be $7 and Hulu with ads is $6, unless you really want to watch mostly niche sports programming, there really isn't any added benefit here. Not once have I gone to watch a game and been like "shyt, this is on ESPN+!" because just about any worthwhile game is going to be on an actual TV network.

Actually when looking at the numbers, it's only a good deal if interested in all three. I doubt most will be interested at all in ESPN+ once they realize it's basically just for niche sports since it doesn't appear to include the NFL, NBA, MLB, or major college football/basketball. Even for the better conferences - like the AAC - they have an agreement with for ESPN+, the ESPN linear networks still have the priority for airing the games, so basically you only get what ESPN decides isn't good enough for a network to air.

This bundle consists of the ad-version of Hulu
Disney+/Hulu/ESPN+ Bundle to Cost $12.99/Month — But There's a Catch

As of now, there is no plan to offer a bundle with the ad-free version of Hulu :francis:.

That is still a solid price for the content, although like others have mentioned ESPN+ isn't everything people think it is :sas1:. My main interest would be for the UFC shows, and I haven't subscribed yet because there are already a bunch of events as it is. If I didn't already have Hulu for free, the bundle might be a little bit more tempting for me.

I applaud Disney for their strong strategy out of the gate, unlike some others. Apple is supposed to launch before them in the fall sometime and they still haven't announced a price, release date, how many series will be there day one, or how they plan to roll out their shows :why:. And they don't have a back catalog of shows to rely on :bryan:.

Netflix will be fine.

:hhh:

of course it would be ad ass hulu.
It's a brilliant idea on Disney's end.

Trojan horse ad supported Hulu into the homes of millions of people that are gonna sub to Disney+ and then go to the advertisers like :shaq: and jack up those ad rates:mjlit:

It's also absolutely something I refuse to pay for:unimpressed:
