It makes sense, 6 was a proper reset for the series. Or at least them trying to build on a new foundation
The focus on auto battling and letting the game play itself was not it, IMO.
The earlier games had that if you were interested in it, but the focus of the games was story and quirky character building, not grinding, my opinion of course.
If that's the foundation this is on, idk..

I know its a sin but i never really engaged much with the post-game stuff when it comes to disgaea so i agree with the latter part for my experience.
