Winston: The dead rising from the grave!
Venkman: Human sacrifice, dogs and cats living together. Mass hysteria!

Another fun fact that I found out: We almost didn't get Bill Murray for Venkman. It was originally written for John Belushi, but he died before filming began and Bill Murray took his place. On set, people nicknamed Slimer "The Ghost of John Belushi."

Straight fukking classic. they don't make them like this anymore (though if they did I get the feeling people would hate on them). The shyt with Rick Moranis still gets a laugh out of me to this day.

I do wish they had gone with the original concept of Winston though. Dude was supposed to be some bad ass former Marine with multiple doctorates. He was going to be hypercompetent in comparison to the others and for whatever reason they changed it completely to him just being "black guy".

Winstons was actually fighting ghosts out there when those other honkeys were cracking wise.

Naw but seriously classic movie top 10 80's flick. My older brother took me to see this on my birthday

Straight classic! This movie has a lot of "adult" jokes but the story had something for everyone. Ghostbusters 2 was cool too but the first one is a classic.

I wonder if we will ever get a part 3 or a remake
