Back when I stopped watching football in 2015 kickers were not expected to routinely hit 56 yard field goals.

There’s a difference between routinely hitting them (the average field goal is less than 56 yards) and actually being able to hit them once put in that position or at least come close. Also the golden age of kickers predated 2015. Janikowski was drilling 60 yarders. Prime Justin Tucker, David Akers and Vinatieri would hit this shyt easily

Yeah it depends on many player factors: if they know how to avoid hits and their flexibility.

Jayden takes some big hits but Lamar and Russ never seen to. Josh is much bigger and seems to be a bit looser in his body than Cam. Some of that padding helps
