It’s cause there’s practically very little difference between 10 and 12 tflops.

The 2080 Super has around 11Tflops. The 2080 around 10. There’s only a 2FPS difference between the cards. Maybe they could squeeze 1 or 2 more out of the 12Tflop xbox card.

Most console games have capped framerates so a couple FPS wouldn’t even show up. Especially with VRR the difference between 54 and 58 FPS is basically nothing. The only people who would notice or care is DF and the fanboys that use their content for amo. Devs aren’t gonna spend a lot of xbox specific optimization for something so insignificant. They are seemingly having trouble getting games out the door the way they are.

And with that said, most games have slightly higher framerate or resolution on series X. It lines up pretty much how it should :manny:

Now theres no difference between teraflops :ohhh:

Again “close” is a subjective term.

People spend extra $1000s on hardware for just a couple extra FPS.

From that standpoint they are “pretty far apart”

But again these are subjective terms and perspective matters.

Some people would call a 2070 and a 2080 “close”

Some will call them “pretty far apart”

Reality is, it’s just a couple FPS or lower settings.

It’s up to you to decide how much that matters to you.

Once again I was correct then and got argued down, now the actual results are pretty much exactly what i said they would be and y’all wanna argue about that.

Sure would be a lot better here if some of you kept it real, or at least were man enough to admit you were wrong,

Spider-man 2 is using assets, animations lighting and even the entire city from the PS4 games.
