Some people have weak immune systems.

It's not even that per-say. Viral pneumonia is probably the most deadly form because you can't treat viruses with antibiotics. That's why if ya meds don't work then you need to be going straight to the hospital.

But weakened immune systems do make it worse but a healthy individual can still get swiped by that shyt
