I honestly don’t know. I think she was only one of two people that testified they even saw Puff with a gun. And Puff’s defense might’ve been able to discredit them.

I’m no legal expert but this makes no sense. If a woman points out her rapist, it’s highly likely that the man she points out will be convicted. If this victim is adamant Diddy shot her, why wasn’t her word good enough.

She's always said that he shot her. Shyne just took the fall. Shyne has always maintained that he shot in the air, and he never thought those injured were because of him. There were different shells, guns and all of that. I'm trying to remember back then, but I believe they said ballistics ruled out Shyne as the one that injured them.

This is a situation where, someone is going down for this, so since Shyne was there and participated, it was on him. Puff's lawyers beat that. Plus, I think Shyne admitted shooting, while Puff never did so...
