When there is actual evidence of you doing exactly what you said you wouldn’t do if granted bail, it makes it very hard for a judge to be like “yeah, he’s cool, let him out.”
This dude is on phone calls trying to circumvent surveillance and influence his case. Literally the reason they don’t want him out. He’s so stupid and attention starved he couldn’t even NOT do that for a few weeks.
It’s his own fault. If he’s willing to do what he was doing on recorded phone lines, imagine what he would do if he was out on his own? He’s even worse than R. Kelly because he has a lot more money to pay people to do his bidding. Not worth risking someone’s life just so he can have the luxury of being at home.
