Honestly Black b*stards is one of my favorite Hip Hop albums of the 90s. Although I think it only leaked at the time. The first album Mr Hood was cool as well, that was more Native Tongue/Brand Nubian influenced as they were still finding their sound.

I always thought Serch verses on the early Non Phixion records were dope, he had evolved from 3rd Bass days. If they'd have actually dropped back then in 95/96, with Serch involved it would have been a dope record.

A third bass reunion after Newkirk and Doom dying is status to me. Good for them for putting their differences to the side but they waited waaaaaay too long.

yes. they had 2. One was released many years after being shelved. I bought that one through Sandbox or hiphopsite (I don't quite remember which one) and got a free poster with it. Their first album is rare and I have an original cd copy of that one too. Yeah, 3rd bass had some dope tracks, but Serch is just so unlikable.
