OP, are you serious? You haven't seen the footage of the fans at Woodstock? You didn't read about them eventually adopting the same views as their parents as they got older? Young people rebel against society then they get older and conform to 99% of the views they challenged as kids.



Music industry smartly exploits young people's need to rebel by giving them a way to vent through music. They cash in on kids going through that phase.
