the whole entire wu at some point forgot what made them pop... RZA and the wu sound. now you can say he fell off or whatever. but the greatest and best albums solo or group, had rza's name all over it.
as a man you want to branch out. you get tired of someone taking all the credit for your hard work. you get tired of you putting in work and they keep asking about rza. so you think "let me show them what i can do" and every member tried.. and every album they did wasn't up to par. then they never got those fans back
wutang was a sound.. nobody sounded like them. not the lyrics and not the beats. they started talking bout shyt every other rapper talks about, same generic beats, and come out with the same generic albums. thats why they all eventually went back to the man. but by then he hadn't been constantly doing wu production so he's lost the sound a little bit himself

More like Rza burned out, had already executed the 5 year plan and rap fans tastes were shifted to jiggy. It's not rocket science.
people fail to notice on one of rza's best work (sp) the bobby digital sound/influence was used all throughout.

I think rza got tired of their demands before he burned out. For example, ghost dog is classic rza production, yet dudes like deck say they don't want that shyt. Rza stayed makin classics with ghost. Even 8 diagram had some wu bangers. The reverend william burke album will be rzas next test I think. I hope he does crystal meth, he needs one more album this decade worth a damn

Meth was the jada of the wu. He was nice but usually hit u with a dope feature and couldn't hold down an entire album.
