That's how Xbox works. You have to sign in to use apps if XBL is down you can't sing in therefore you can't use most apps.im watching Netflix as I speak on my PS4 but PSN is down.. bruh get the fukk outta here

THIS DUMBASS MEACH DOESNT UNDERSTAND UNLIKE THE XBL... psn is NOT required for you to use the NETFLIX on their system it's a seperate entity and if you already had netflix before the whole psn down issue it should be no problem to use!!!

Hmmm that doesnt happen to me.... it could be because of the cloud saving aspect of the game, you should be able to turn it off. it sounds like a bad glitch... the game is capable of being played offline for the upmost matter. I never heard of the game looping on itself when progressing...

im almost positive thats what it is (trying to save my data online) but I dont know where to turn it off.. I cant play more than 2-3 minutes whenever I start a mission and itll get to an autosave point then just restart the game and itll be at the tutorial part
