No..Money..Mo..Problems
it is what it is
They are who we told you they were: Inefficiency chuckers who will never win you a title
Guess we won the trade after all
Guess we won the trade after all
Neither Denver nor Knicks won, because at the end of the day they both can't win with those squads. Its going to be year after year of disappointment.
But the Knicks got a player than can generate money, so I guess that's the only positive out of all this.
Nuggets got some good young assets in Galo and Chandler and developed Lawson by including Billups in the trade to free up some more minutes for him. Nuggets might not win a title anytime soon but their in a much better position than the knicks are with their aging roster and bad contracts

Did they play teams of the same caliber?isnt the first round worse than the second round?? Your young assets gallo and faried both got hurt too and you lost in the first round again yes we won the trade until you guys actually go somewhere

and a 6th seed sent that ass home. fukk that team and the coach. only cat i fukks with is the GM.
Same brilliant basketball mind that's headed to the Raptorsonly if you're James Dolan.
the Knicks have no young players (Shump is decent ), cap flexibility, picks or assets. they're locked into their current roster and will have to depend on FA leftovers and Summer League scraps to fill out their team. they'll lose Copeland and the only way they'll keep JR is if the rest of the league wants nothing to do with him. (not exactly encouraging).
on the flip side, most Nuggets fans realized (even when the hype machine was getting out of control) that their team is talented but the flaws (no shooting, no post play, shaky interior D etc.) were too glaring to seriously contend for a championship. thankfully, we're led by a brilliant basketball mind that knows how to make this team better and acquired the assets to do it.
Gallo was out with a torn ACL and Faried had a bad ankle. I guarantee you if both were healthy the Nuggets would of won more playoff games than the Knicks. Nuggets had everything to gain and nothing to lose on the Melo trade.
two of our best players were hurt and let's not act like the Warriors are some slouches
