Did Jericho deserve his win against Rock and Stone Cold in the same night/match?

Did Jericho deserve that win against Rock and Austin?

who would u have chosen

I don't remember the storyline too well but i thought Austin deserved it. This was the Attitude era at it's end and he was the reason the business stayed afloat. But I would've been good with either rock or Austin. When I was a kid tho I did appreciate seeing Jericho, an underdog winning it. But hindsight made me realize it was worthless .. but I guess I'm only saying that cuz of the way they wrote/booked him after winning. Jericho was not a "dominant" champion to have such an illustrious title.

Jericho one of the GOATs
Hes established himself in the media with his own niche, prolly better than Austin
He deserves to be in talks with those two

Where exactly is he on the goat list? He's not ahead of Rock, Austin, Hogan, Cena, Taker, Michaels, Lesnar, Goldberg...

Not even hating, just curious. He's more in the Angle/Eddie/Benoit/Orton/Edge tier...

It was set up....Austin beat him and Rock made him tap out that week..then Angle whooped his ass after Rock made him tap out. So it was set up..there was no way Austin was winning after he was given the WM 17 homecoming win.

Jericho deserved it as reparations for WCW booking him as a cruiserweight and TV title undercard for years and not allowing him a PPV matchup against Goldberg even though he told them he was cool with getting squashed in 15 seconds.

His WCW heel work from 97-98 was pure brilliance. He was often the best thing on Nitro or a PPV show. It was like watching an elite athlete on a shytty team.

If Mick Foley can get a lifetime achievement title run, Jericho can too.
