I just saw Dredd 3d and it's almost the same fukking plot with minor changes here and there

Dredd 3D went into production 5 months before The Raid: Redemption. I thought the same thing but it's probably a coincidental plot. Like dueling movies (movies with a similar plot that come out the same year not really biting off each other).

Yeah, I thought that too. I watched Dredd first and only viewed Raid Redemption because so many people were claiming Dredd ripped it off. I watched both online and they were both those hand held cam jobs so I obvious missed some dialogue and certain scenes were too dark but I saw enough to know alot of shyt does look lifted. i mean even right down to the main villains and sub villains, both drug dealers and were ruthless to their own people aswell as the protagonists, the scenery too was jacked.

Like what Was said dredd was made first its just with 3d and special effects came out later but who knows if a script leaked .. Movies ripoff movies all the time

It's the other way around. The script for Dredd BEEN out and that's where Raid got the idea from. Also they would've came out around the same time but Dredd had a longer post-production. The director from Raid doesn't hide that fact
