The original sounds all over the place, the beat is complete ass cheeks from a producer perspective. Good concept, trash execution.
'This is America' on the other hand... Gambino knows how to put together a hit record. The song was also composed by Ludwig Goransson; he composed the background music for Black Panther. Black Panther's soundtrack and This is America have a similar feel as far as composition (mainly the 808 and drums).


I doubt they had any idea about the song in the OP. Some shyt just sounds alike, this happens a lot in music.

That's not how it works as plenty here have said his song is better than Gambino's & we see how that worked. We both know music is more than simply "making good music".

Nobody said get disrespectful, going through the proper channels to get compensated would work also. If they don't want to pay up then you go the legal route.
