what's the purpose of stalking or obsessing over someone that doesn't care about you or doesn't have the same feelings for you? Never understood that - if you see them with someone else, the stalker is going to be even more upset, and it's not like you can change the mind of the person being stalked- can't force them to love you or get back together. If anything it just makes them not want to be with you even more.
