Might just be me, but its time to ditch the MITB concept for like a year or 2

I have always thought that either the IC or US title should have X-Division title function where you can cash it in for a title shot. I'd like a ladder match for an IC title with all main eventers who then find the right time to challenge the WWE champ. Its a great way to shuffle the top of the card and add prestige to a midcard belt. Do that for a year while MITB is on ice.
