I've already told you repeatedly not to look at the #s when it comes to Harden's game, because you're only acknowledging that you can't see his game for it is, and yet you keep bringing up his #s. You don't see poetry - you only see a bunch of distorted letters as illusions making themselves out to be in prose.

I've repeatedly told you to look at attention Curry receives (you can't see it), then I show you the "end of the pursuit" to show you what happens, and then you say "I don't care for #s", after you use them as an escape route whenever I pull you up on Harden.

You're caught up in your own paradox.

Except when I gave you the "immeasurable truth", all you had left was the -

And you even got pulled up for it -
you don't possess sight beyond sight

you watch scam.gawd and you miss the gawd level footwork bodycontrol & strength that allows him to manipulate the opposition

you focus on the flaws

i always give chef his props as an all-time sniper & a bucket since davidson

but i also see how the coaching & team elevated him it's a symbiosis not just him making the dubs better

:troll:

but it really doesn't matter ultimately you know i will stay bullshytting forever it's nothing deep it's just a game

Because the "flaws" are ultimately why he can't perform consistently in the postseason, because they're easily exposed in that environment. You get caught up in what's aesthetically pleasing to you, and can't see that it's plastic, not made to last in the long run. All that "gawd level footwork, body control, and strength", doesn't mean shyt when it's a ruse for his lack of ability to get a bucket without the manipulating the officiating and only eating when defensive schemes are diluted.

You see it every postseason, and all you're left to bring up is bu-bu-but career earnings.

Except for the fact he's the most damaging offensive presence in NBA history; he makes his teammates more effective/efficient on offense than any other player ever. Coaching didn't elevate him - it elevated the players around him by using him as the anchor; his shooting, playmaking, and off-ball activity only comes from him.
i will stay bullshytting forever

I knew that from the jump, which is why you gravitate towards con artists like Harden, because you're only interested in pulling the okey doke to make out like you're talking the real.

Except the Warriors have a worse net differential without Curry, than the Rockets have without Harden. And the Warriors record without Curry over the last four seasons is only good, compared to the greatest win-percentage of all-time when he's playing. Go figure. Nevermind the fact that, it's idiotic to measure them like this, when Durant is a better fold-replacement than anyone on the Rockets. The fact you're even marginalizing it down to this nonsense only leads me to believe you really don't know what you're talking about. It's the same nonsense logic you're using for Mitchell v. Booker.

Booker is a better shooter and playmaker
Mitchell is a better defender and finisher

If Booker can become decent on defense, he'll surpass Mitchell.

Mitchell was in a much better sitch...he woulda looked a lot worse in PHX

But the Dog lololol.....

I like Mitchell a lot tho but right now he's just a volume scorer who had the ultimate green light

even without the cupcakd upgrade a chefless dubs could sneak into the post season doe

:yeshrug:

booker was on the worst squad at the same time just chucking it up getting buckets but not really turning your squad up is different from spida stepping into the #1 slot on a competitive team & holding his own

you got a lot of chuckers that would build a crazy highlight reel if given unlimited shots on a team like the sun's where winning didn't matter

but competently filling the #1 role on a playoff team in your rookie year i salute that more

& i mess with dev.duppy it's no diss to him just like when i say chef separated from the circumstances he succeeded in in the bay is a different player

just like nash separated from the 7seconds or less sun's looked different

it's not a diss you act like i been saying nikkas is bums

Booker needs to lead this team to the playoffs.

They have enough talent now. no excuses
nikkaa are you retarded? How is a team who 2nd best player is a big slow ass oaf like ayton enough talent to win in the west. Booker still has one of the worst supporting casts in the NBA with a shytt coach. We don't even have a pg:mjlol:

Warriors
Rockets
Jazz
Thunder
Lakers
Pelicans
Blazers
Nuggets
Spurs
Wolves

Booker ain't got no where near the same help as any of those teams. :mjlol:

Again, you're not understanding - even when they had Durant, they had a worst net differential when Steph wasn't playing/off the court, in comparison to the Rockets without Harden. Steph makes that much of a difference. This is what happened last season -

His status as the franchise cornerstone will never diminish until he decides to hand the torch over. The team was 6-0 during the 2017-2018 regular season when Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green were playing without Durant. The Warriors' record with Durant, Thompson, and Green without Curry was 10-7.

The Warriors without Curry have a point differential in the Portland/Utah/Minnesota range, not NBA champion level.
I wonder how you're going to juelz that.

How's he supposed to turn his "squad up" when his squad doesn't have the pieces to be competitive and he's only in the early stages of his career? You put Mitchell in the same scenario and he ain't turning that "squad up" either. However, you replace Donovan with Booker last season and the Jazz get better, because he's a more-skilled and dominant offensive player. And I really don't understand this lining of him "stepping into the #1 slot on a competitive team and holding his own", as if Booker isn't capable of doing the same?

:heh:

This doesn't even make any sense, when Booker is the better offensive player. You'd have the same perception of Donovan if he was on the Suns. I'm struggling to see how you can't comprehend this. You're starting to regurgitate casual fan talking points.

Booker would not only be able to fulfill that role, but do it better.

Wrong again.

Nash was just given more freedom and fine-tuned his game in Phoenix, he still had the same impact in Dallas -

those dubs still look like a pretty good team even without chef by the #'s

you believe that the dubs losing chef is a bigger blow than the rockets losing scam.gawd¿

we saw what mitchell did in his situation & we saw what dev did the hypothetical switch isn't happening but i will say just off watching i don't know how you are saying booker has that much of a step on mitchell bros moveset is deep & varied dev is kinda basic with his buckets

& as for nash what we do know is he became a mvp in that second sun's run we definitely don't know if that happens if he remains a maverick

my guy you know i don't give a fukk about that statwhore bs so just quit my ignant levels is too high b you already lost

MVP is a narrative-based award, not a direct reflection on performance/ability - if he didn't have the machine behind him in '05 and '06 his performances during those respective seasons would still be as they are. You keep claiming that you don't fukk with stats (*cue paradox of hanging your argument on Harden's #s*), but in turn, you fall victim to casual fan talking points. His impact was on the same arc with his play from Dallas to Phoenix (leading the #1 ranked offense in Dallas for three straight seasons + multiple 18 ppg seasons), the only difference was he took more control of the offense when going to the Suns parlayed with calibrating his skillset.
we saw what mitchell did in his situation & we saw what dev did the hypothetical switch isn't happening but i will say just off watching i don't know how you are saying booker has that much of a step on mitchell bros moveset is deep & varied dev is kinda basic with his buckets

For argument's sake, even if Booker's skillset isn't as extensive, he still has shown he can score at a greater rate:

Booker - 25 ppg on 50 eFG%, 56 TS%
Mitchell - 20 ppg on 50 eFG%, 52 TS%

You claim that he's just a "chucker", yet he's actually more efficient than Mitchell, while averaging five more points. Go figure.

Now onto his skillset: he's a better shooter in almost every situation (P&R, spot-up, off-screen/off-ball), on every spot on the floor (3-pt, elbows/midrange, corners); has a reputable post-game (in fact, he was one of the best guards on post-ups last season, whereas Mitchell's is nonexistent), and better footwork/ball-handling to create space. The only advantages Mitchell has is on the drive / finishing in traffic, otherwise, Booker has him beat in nearly every other area.

To say he's "kinda basic with his buckets" is a clear sign you aren't paying enough attention. He's got the most advanced scoring game out of any young guard in the league. There's a reason why he's been compared to a young Kobe on the regular.
