Those poor Kenyans/Jamaicans are gonna get fukking massacred within weeks, these "gangs" are 90 percent former police/military themselves and a coalition of them is some ISIL insurgency level shyt thats gonna need more than 1,000 fighters... they got access to damn near everything the military has and a steady supply of illegal weapons and ammo from Russia, Venezuela, Mexican Cartels etc.
