	That's my goal. I wanna hit 4 miles in 28 minutes.I run about 4 miles in 30 mins and I run at least 3 times a wk. I just started running again after not having run for years. It took a couple months to get my timing back, but I feel good running again

 Been running 2 miles in less than 20 mins this week.once I get my time down to 15-16 mins Ill hit 3 miles again for time.  Trying to get my 21 min marine corps times back
