The roads in my neighborhood are filled with dips and rises. I swear this one gradual incline is a quarter mile long. Feels good running down it but on the way back up
Made it 2.6 today so a little improvement from the other day. Took Wednesday off and I think I'm going to start running every other day since I bumped my time to 30 mins, felt good out there today.
Man this was my worst run ever. I had no energy out there today. I did an intense cardio session at the gym last night and haven't eaten anything between then and now and that's why I was draggin out there. I walked more than I ran.
If You're Having Slight Pain In Your Shins My Suggestion Is To Rub Them Down Before You Run. Like With Your Fingers Tips,Press Hard And Kinda Massage Them, Always Works For Me Breh.
Just started running again after 2 years off. Started with 2 mile lights jogs bout 12 minute pace. Gtta get that time down big time. Got 5k mud runs in Oct & Nov. These insanity wrkouts helped with these damn hills in the nighborhood!!
I run about 4 miles in 30 mins and I run at least 3 times a wk. I just started running again after not having run for years. It took a couple months to get my timing back, but I feel good running again
