I think its because its the first time a city will have fallen this hard in modern times. I mean, we're talking about the large scale metropolitan ruins. If we can't figure out how to save a city now, what happens when cities in the future face similar adversities?

.. not to mention cacs see the money they can make off of this. Its not different then seeing a foreclosed house in a good neighbor hood. Fix that shyt up and move good renters in and you got easy money.

I hear what you're saying, but I just call a spade a spade. They really make us look bad and it's even worse with their crab in the barrel mentality. I'd want to come up & get with like minded folks to build just like our counterparts but there are just a certain type that you cannot build with due to certain factors about their characteristics.
